I always get this whenever I am back in Copenhagen. I never really disciplined myself to make this at home because it is so tedious and time consuming! I always get Bygotto which consists of mushrooms, rovost (Danish cheese), thyme and of course the porridge. Their homemade lemonade makes a refreshing combo to the otherwise heavy meal.
